Payment Options
Payment of Tuition fees and other required costs is an essential part of becoming a student at BECSA and it is recommended that funding is arranged well before the term starts.
- Full fees payment is required before the term begins.
- Only in extraordinary circumstances will payment plans be discussed.
- If there may be a delay in remittance, a letter from the organization responsible for payment is required.
- You may be entitled to financial support from the government, be funded by a sponsor or have arranged some other form of student loan. Normally you will have to apply for this type of financial help as early as possible and for each year of study – your financial support or sponsor funding provider will provide advice. If a student’s fees is paid by an external organization such as Zimbabwe National Liberators War Veterans Association (ZNLWVA), it is advisable for the student to apply well before the term begins and present the college with a signed and/or stamped letter from the said organization.
- Students who are in need of financing are encouraged to apply online at www.eduloan.co.zw
- Individuals who do not qualify to apply through Eduloan have the option to apply for the loan through the college (which will act as a guarantor)
