Sports & Recreation Facilities

Overview

The department of sports and recreation aspires to bring students and staff together and leads to friendships in different aspects. It attempts to address the three domains of learning which are affective, psychomotor and cognitive. The division attempt to sensitize students and staff members on the goodness derivable from taking part in sports and recreational activities respectively.

Vision

It seeks to provide adequate and satisfactory sport and recreational activities to the entire students and members of staff. Our services and programs are designed to encourage the entire Becsa community to see health, fitness and being bodily active as a way of life. This is meant to develop experts in sports who not only possess knowledge but have the capacity to change sporting and recreation in the different communities they live in for the better. In addition, the college desires to churn out athletes who compete at national , regional and international levels.

Sports clubs

The college has 10 sporting clubs offered and memberships to a particular club is by registration through the sports director and this process is free to all Becsa students. This entails that our students have plenty reasons to cheer and countless opportunities to stay active.

Sports games and tournaments

Our students participate in intercollege sports tournaments , as well as regional international intercollege games or championships gatherings, for example, Zitcosa, Zitisu and Cucsa games.

Sports codes

The college provides students and staff with the opportunity to take part in a range of sports codes at the level they choose, while contributing to enhancing Becsa prowess and vibrant sporting culture.
